This store has wonderful tea and friendly staff. I loved the milky oolong, white tea from the Azores, and hojicha that I bought. The staff person was generous with the amounts. For example, when I asked for 100 grams, she went slightly over to around 110 grams. The packaging is good, and the staff helpfully writes down the brewing temperature and steeping time. The staff is patient with customers, even those that take a while to sniff multiple teas, so there can be some waiting if there's a line. I'll definitely be back to buy more tea! What a wonderful experience! Some amazing tea and what a great variety! I fell in love with this place, I asked for teas with specific ingredients and they made sure I found what I was looking for. I visited this shop this week and had such a fantastic time. It is in a quiet shady area of Lisbon and the shop store front feature a stunning little display of a dollhouse with diligently placed animals going about their daily businesses. The shop itself is beautiful. It was really well stocked and presented. I purchased some lemongrass teas which I have yet to drink but they were packaged in beautiful packaging. I would say that this shop is one of the best shops I went into in Lisbon. I will certainly be coming back and will recommend it to my family and friends.
