I visited this shop this week and had such a fantastic time. It is in a quiet shady area of Lisbon and the shop store front feature a stunning little display of a dollhouse with diligently placed animals going about their daily businesses. The shop itself is beautiful. It was really well stocked and presented. I purchased some lemongrass teas which I have yet to drink but they were packaged in beautiful packaging. I would say that this shop is one of the best shops I went into in Lisbon. I will certainly be coming back and will recommend it to my family and friends. Rudest service that I have experienced during my stay in Portugal. I came into the store and 2 staff were having a conversation, and I didn’t want to interrupt them. I assumed that at least one would provide customer service. I waited for a while - I was the only customer in the store, and then they didn’t, so I had to ask. The staff looked so annoyed, when I asked for help to look at a product. Then I went to pay and gave a 50 note and they said no - we don’t have change. I was like okay I’m happy to pay by card - and she rolled her eyes at me. From being completely ignored to paying, I honestly just wanted to leave without any products.
